1. Data We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the site and ensure successful delivery of digital products. This includes:

• Transaction reference data — order ID, product name, amount, currency, timestamp, delivery status, and a download token. This is stored solely to enable delivery and retry downloads via the "My Downloads" page;
• Technical server logs — IP address and browser information automatically processed by Cloudflare for security and DDoS protection.

We do not collect or store any personal identification data: name, email address, postal address, phone number, payment card details, or bank account information. All payment data is processed exclusively by our verified payment processors (2Checkout and PayPal). The email address you may provide during payment is handled only by the payment processor and is never transmitted to or stored by us.

2. How We Use Data

Collected data is used strictly for:

• Enabling automatic download of purchased digital files;
• Providing a retry mechanism for failed deliveries via the "My Downloads" page;
• Resolving transaction disputes or technical issues;
• Fraud prevention and abuse protection.

We do not use data for marketing, profiling, analytics, or any commercial purpose beyond completing the sale.

3. Third-Party Processors

Data is shared only with the following entities, strictly for operational purposes:

• Cloudflare — processes IP addresses and technical browser data to host the site and protect against attacks. See Cloudflare Privacy Policy;
• 2Checkout (Verifone) — processes all payment and billing data. See 2Checkout Privacy Policy;
• PayPal — processes payment data for PayPal transactions. See PayPal Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. Only essential session mechanisms required by Cloudflare for security may be present. No third-party tracking scripts (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) are installed on this site.

5. Data Retention

Transaction reference data is retained for 90 days from the date of purchase, after which it is automatically deleted. Download tokens expire after 24 hours. Technical logs processed by Cloudflare are retained according to Cloudflare's own policies.

6. Your Rights

Since we do not store personal identification data, there is no user account, password, or profile to manage. If you have concerns about data related to a specific transaction, contact us with your order ID and we will verify and delete any associated records within 5 business days.

7. Security

All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Files are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket and accessible only through time-limited signed URLs generated at the moment of purchase.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
