Refund Policy

1. Digital Products Are Final Sale

Due to the instant, automatic, and irreversible nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a secure download link is generated and the file is delivered to your device, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Important: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital file that will be immediately accessible, and that you waive any right of withdrawal applicable to physical goods.

The sole exception to this policy is if the downloaded file is demonstrably corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise unusable. In such a case, you must contact us at vr.grocka@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with clear evidence of the issue (e.g., screenshot of error message, description of the corruption).

If we verify the file is defective, we will provide a replacement file at no additional cost. A monetary refund may be issued solely at our discretion and only if a functional replacement cannot be provided.

4. Technical Responsibility

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure their device, software, and internet connection are adequate for downloading and using digital files before purchase. We are not liable for any technical limitations on the buyer's side.
