World Digital Shop is a digital marketplace operated by an individual seller. We sell exclusively our own digital products — including but not limited to: images, games, video, audio, 3D models, interactive content, web applications, and ebooks. We do not sell physical goods. There is no postal delivery or any physical shipment.
All products on this site are digital files of an exclusively electronic nature. After successful payment, the selected product file is automatically and instantly downloaded directly to the buyer's device via a secure, time-limited link. No email containing a link is sent, and no physical delivery is performed. The buyer is responsible for ensuring their device has sufficient free disk space, a stable internet connection, and appropriate software capable of opening the downloaded file format.
Each purchased product is sold with a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use. The buyer may use the file for their own personal projects. The buyer may NOT:
All digital products on this site are original works created by the seller. By purchasing, the buyer acquires only a license for personal use, while the seller retains all copyright, reproduction, distribution, modification, and public display rights. The buyer does not acquire any ownership of the work itself nor the right to represent it as their own.
All product prices are expressed in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is made exclusively through verified third-party payment processors (2Checkout and PayPal). The seller does not collect, process, or store credit card data, bank account details, or any other payment information belonging to buyers. Depending on the buyer's country, the payment processor may automatically calculate and add the applicable local value-added tax rate (VAT, GST, or similar) to the base product price.
Due to the instant, automatic, and irreversible nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. There is no refund, product replacement, or any guarantee of money-back once the file has been delivered to the buyer's device.
The seller is not responsible for technical limitations, incompatibility, or insufficient resources on the buyer's side — including but not limited to: lack of disk space, unstable internet connection, outdated operating system, lack of software to open the file, or any other technical obstacles on the buyer's device.
The seller does not sell, rent, or share buyers' personal data with third parties. All payment data is processed exclusively by verified processors (2Checkout and PayPal). For details on data collection, usage, and protection, buyers may consult our Privacy Policy.
The seller reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Revised Terms are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site and purchase of products after changes constitutes full acceptance of the new Terms.
